Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking a team member for bakery, coffee, and juice merchandising and replenishment.

You will support regional purchasing/promotions, maintain inventory accuracy, and help develop promotional displays while upholding health, safety, and customer service standards. The role requires 12+ months retail experience, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and strong product knowledge. Qualifications

• Retail experience, minimum 12 months.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong knowledge of bakery, coffee, and juice products.

Responsibilities

• Replenishes products through proper buying procedures.
• Monitors and acts on open PO reports for purchases and credits.
• Requests and ensures proper signage.
• Controls spoilage and shrink; achieves turn goals; participates in inventory.
• Completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.
• Ensures orders for product are timely and accurate to monitor inventory turns.
• Maintains positive relationships with vendors.
• Oversees customer special order procedure.
• Analyzes and controls product transfers, waste, and spoilage.
• Supports leadership in inventories.
• Maintains profitability by meeting purchasing and sales targets.
• Arrives on time and performs required shifts and trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Maximizes sales through proper prepping, storing, stocking, and merchandising.
