Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Frontline Team Member in Florida to support bakery, coffee, and juice merchandising and ensure friendly, efficient service. You will stock, rotate, and display products while upholding store SOPs and health standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include replenishment, inventory controls, signage, vendor relations, and assisting with promotions. A customer-focused approach and teamwork are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comprehensive knowledge of bakery, coffee, and juice products.
• Willingness to follow procedures and promote customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Replenishes products through proper buying procedures.
• Monitors and acts upon open PO reports for purchases and credits.
• Requests and ensures proper signage.
• Controls spoilage/shrink; achieves turn goals; participates in inventory.
• Completes worksheets for spoilage, sampling, temperature and sweep as required.
• Ensures orders are timely and accurate to monitor inventory turns.
• Maintains positive relationships with vendors.
• Oversees customer special order procedure.
• Analyzes transfers, waste and spoilage.
• Supports leadership in inventories and maintains profitability via purchasing and sales targets.
• Provides courteous, friendly service and follows safety and cleanliness standards.
