Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. in Avon, CT, seeks an energetic Team Member to replenish bakery, coffee, and juice products, support regional purchasing and promotions, and maintain inventory accuracy.

You will assist in creating appealing displays, following health and safety standards, and providing courteous service to customers and Team Members. The role requires 12+ months of retail experience, basic math skills, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months retail experience.
• Knowledge of bakery, coffee, and juice products.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) and ordering systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Replenishes products through proper buying procedures.
• Monitors open PO reports for purchases and credits.
• Requests and ensures proper signage.
• Controls spoilage/shrink and participates in inventory.
• Completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets.
