Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and handle physical work.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Replenishes products through proper buying procedures.
• Monitors and acts upon open PO reports for purchases and credits.
• Requests and ensures proper signage.
• Controls spoilage and achieves turn goals; participates in inventory.
• Completes worksheets for spoilage, temperature, and sweep.
• Ensures timely orders and accurate inventory turns.
• Maintains positive relationships with vendors.
• Oversees customer special order procedures.
• Analyzes transfers, waste, and spoilage.
• Supports leadership in inventories and pricing accuracy.
• Supports profitability by meeting purchasing and sales targets.
• Arrives on time and follows SOPs and safety rules.
• Delivers excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling.
