Whole Foods Market is seeking a team member for bakery, coffee, and juice product areas. You will replenish stock, support promotional displays, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards while delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates bring at least 12+ months of retail experience, strong math and communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. This role emphasizes teamwork and efficient merchandising.

Competenze

• 12+ months retail experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to meet food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand long hours.

Mansioni

• Replenishes products through proper buying procedures.
• Monitors and acts upon open PO reports for purchases and credits.
• Requests and ensures proper signage.
• Controls spoilage/shrink; achieves turn goals; participates in inventory.
• Completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.
• Ensures orders for product are timely and accurate to monitor inventory turns.
• Maintains positive working relationship with vendors.
• Oversees customer special order procedure.
• Analyzes and controls product transfers, waste, and spoilage.
• Supports leadership in conducting inventories.
• Maintains financial profitability by meeting and exceeding purchasing and sales targets.
