This leadership pipeline role is designed to develop future Bakery Operations Managers by blending operational excellence with team leadership. Candidates should have at least a year of leadership experience in restaurant or retail operations and the ability to coach team members. Formación

• 1+ year leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality operations.
• Strong operational discipline and attention to detail.
• Ability to coach and develop hourly team members.

• Ability to perform all bakery roles during peak business periods.

Responsabilidades

• Execute all core bakery operations and maintain product quality standards.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training of new staff.
• Deliver consistent coaching and real-time performance feedback.
• Manage bakery operations independently during BOM's absence.
• Partner with leadership to identify operational gaps.
