Responsibilities

• Execute all core bakery operations including inventory rotation, scheduling support, staffing coordination.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training of new staff.
• Manage bakery operations independently in the absence of the BOM.
• Partner with BOM and Area leadership to identify operational gaps.
