Responsibilities
- Execute all core bakery operations including inventory rotation and scheduling support.
- Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training of new staff.
- Manage bakery operations independently in absence of the BOM.
- Partner with BOM and Area leadership to identify operational gaps.
