Panera Bread in West Allis, WI is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a bakery-cafe team and partner with the General Manager on operations, staffing and development. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage scheduling and training, and help grow the business while upholding Panera’s guiding values.

Flexible hours including nights and weekends are required in a fast-paced environment. ServSafe certification is preferred or achievable.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant management experience.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve).
• Proven ability to drive positive results through strong business acumen.

Responsabilités

• Lead and celebrate a bakery-cafe team while partnering with the General Manager on operations.
• Plan staffing, shift scheduling, people development, and succession planning.
• Hire, onboard, train, and motivate team members; coach performance.
• Ensure guest delight, uphold quality standards, and manage costs/inventory.
• Develop managers on Panera’s policies and Guiding Values & Behaviors.
• Create a warm, safe, and engaging guest experience and team culture.
