Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of related experience in a retail or grocery setting preferred.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation essential.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Satisfactory performance reviews or references may be requested.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day department operations, including staffing and scheduling to meet business needs.
• Supervise bakery staff and ensure adherence to safety and sanitation policies.
• Hire, train, and develop departmental staff; document performance issues as needed.
• Ensure fast, friendly, and efficient customer service and CHOPS behaviors.
• Monitor payroll, sales, gross profit, shrink, and inventory levels to meet financial targets.
• Merchandise department per planograms, maintain proper stock, rotation, and signage policies.
