Northeast Grocery in the Market 32/Price Chopper network seeks a Bakery Associate to assist the Bakery Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring merchandising, sanitation and training policies are followed, and that bakery products are available and of high quality.

You will support product preparation, baking, presentation, inventory control, and training of bakery associates while maintaining 5S standards and a safe, positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and support others; with strong follow-through in achieving desired results and objectives.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to 5S efficiency standards while providing fast, friendly service.
• Assist with bakery operations including product preparation, baking, merchandising and final presentation.
• Oversee department operations in the absence of the Bakery Manager.
• Ensure product availability, quality and sanitary conditions; maintain appropriate product variety.
• Comply with sanitation regulations and safety policies; train bakery associates.
