Insomniacookies is hiring an Assistant Bakery Operations Manager (ABOM) for their new store in Scottsdale, AZ. This role is designed to develop future Bakery Operations Managers and requires leadership in executing bakery operations with urgency and accountability.

The ABOM will support talent development through recruiting and training, manage operations independently in the absence of the BOM, and uphold high standards of quality and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ year leadership experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality operations.
• Strong operational discipline and attention to detail.
• Ability to coach and develop hourly team members.

Responsibilities

• Execute all core bakery operations including inventory rotation and staffing coordination.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding and training of new staff.
• Manage bakery operations independently in the absence of the BOM.
