You will assist with bakery operations, supervise in the absence of the Bakery Manager, handle customer orders and training. Emphasis on 5S discipline, safety, and efficient teamwork across the bakery team.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and support others; with strong follow-through in achieving desired results and objectives.
• 6-12 months of related experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver fast, friendly, helpful and efficient service to customers.
• Assist with bakery operations within the store, including product preparation, baking, merchandising and final presentation of bakery products.
• Oversee department operations in the absence of the Bakery Manager.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through product availability, quality and sanitary conditions.
• Assist with training and development of bakery associates to support performance standards.
• Comply with safety and training policies and procedures.
