• Ensure compliance with safety/sanitation laws and corporate policies; enforce dress code and CHOPS/5S standards.
• Monitor payroll, sales, gross profit, CTO, shrink, and inventory to meet financial objectives.
• Merchandise department products according to corporate planograms and programs; maintain stock levels and proper display conditions.
