Responsibilities

• Design, manage and optimize centralized bakery production as a high-output hub.
• Forecast demand; coordinate hub production with spokes (retail, wholesale, events, ecommerce).
• Own P&L and cost controls; drive pricing, profitability and capital decisions.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, quality, and brand integrity across outputs.
• Develop scalable SOPs, systems and workforce capability for multi-location growth.
