Dan’s Management Co. has a franchise relationship with Dunkin’ Donuts across Rhode Island and Connecticut. This role focuses on baking bakery products, finishing donuts, merchandising and serving guests, with teamwork to ensure opening items are ready on time.

We offer flexible scheduling and average around 30 hours weekly. Full-time employees may qualify for medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, life insurance and more, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Competenze

• Fluent in English.
• Capable of counting money and making change.
• Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply).

• Produces bakery products and finishes donuts.
• Greets and serves guests while providing excellent customer service.
• Anticipates and understands guest needs and strives to exceed expectations.
• Operates coffee, sandwich, and other equipment.
• POS transactions include entering orders and collecting payment with accuracy.
