Dan’s Management Co. operates as a franchisee of Dunkin in Rhode Island and Connecticut. We are hiring for bakery and guest-service roles to ensure opening-day readiness and excellent guest experiences.

This position offers teamwork, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement. As a member of our Dunkin franchise, you will help prepare bakery items, serve guests, and operate coffee and food-prep equipment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Capable of counting money and making change.
• Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply).

Responsibilities

• :Produces bakery products and finishes donuts
• Greets and serves guests while providing excellent customer service
• Anticipates and understands guest needs and strives to exceed expectations
• Operates coffee, sandwich, and other equipment
• POS transactions include entering orders and collecting payment with accuracy
• Maintains clean workstations and guest areas
• Follows direction, works well and interacts with others respectfully
