Job summary

Dan’s Management Co. has been a franchisee of Dunkin since 1974 with locations throughout Rhode Island and Connecticut. Bakers prepare bakery products, finish donuts, merchandise products, clean equipment and work areas, and serve guests.

This position requires teamwork to open the restaurant on time. We offer a starting wage of $16 per hour with a potential to earn up to $17.50 per hour, plus tips, free coffee and donuts, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Capable of counting money and making change.
• Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply).

Responsibilities

• Produces bakery products and finishes donuts.
• Greets and serves guests while providing excellent customer service.
• Anticipates and understands guest needs and strives to exceed expectations.
• Operates coffee, sandwich, and other equipment.
• POS transactions include entering orders and collecting payment with accuracy.
• Maintains clean workstations and guest areas.
• Follows direction, works well and interacts with others respectfully.
