Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of bakery experience.
• Food Handler certification is required.
• Manager Food Safety certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring, training, and developing partners.
• Oversee bakery production and display to standards.
• Manage inventory and ensure in-stock levels.
• Review sales, labor data, and profitability with management.
• Ensure quality control and food safety; rotate stock.
