You will manage scheduling, inventory, and compliance with food safety standards, ensuring top-notch customer service and a safe, efficient bakery environment.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED with two or more years of related bakery management experience.
• Experience leading and training bakery staff and coordinating operations.
• Ability to manage scheduling, inventory, and daily bakery activities to meet sales goals.
• Food Handler certification and Manager Food Safety certification are required.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bakery operations and personnel; interview, hire, train, and develop partners.
• Forecast sales from ads and promotions; manage inventory and control costs.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and paperwork; ensure product accuracy.
• Drive bakery sales, labor control, and profitability objectives.
• Enforce food safety and quality standards; inspect products for quality.
• Plan work priorities and lead the team to execute them efficiently.
• Support production, packaging, catering, and occasional deliveries.
• Decorate products and merchandise displays to attract customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment; ensure safety compliance.
• Provide friendly customer service and answer questions.
