Job summary

Fatapple's in Berkeley and El Cerrito is seeking a Bakery Manager to lead our bread and pastry program, honoring decades of tradition while bringing fresh ideas and personal creativity to the case.

You will run day-to-day bakery operations across both locations, build a bread program for our retail bakery, pie shop, and full-service restaurant, and develop new pastry offerings while mentoring bakery staff.

Qualifications

We are looking for a Bakery Manager to lead our bread and pastry program, someone who can honor decades of tradition while bringing fresh ideas and personal creativity to the case.

Requirements:
