Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking an energetic Bakery Manager to lead day-to-day bakery operations and drive guest experiences. You will oversee a team, recruit and train staff, and manage schedules to meet labor goals while ensuring top-notch service.

Ideal candidates will bring 2+ years of management in food service, bakery, or retail, with a passion for people development and a positive culture. This role includes opportunities for advancement and a focus on profitability and brand standards.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of restaurant, retail, or bakery management experience.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, and sales performance.
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest service.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bakery, restaurant, or food service management experience.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and performance coaching.
• Food Safety Certification (or ability to obtain).

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in both front-of-house and back-of-house environments.
