Nothing Bundt Cakes #95 is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager to keep the store atmosphere upbeat and the sweets flowing. You will lead a team, ensure guest satisfaction, and help drive daily bakery operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: prioritizes the guest experience, fosters a positive work environment, engages frequently with team members, and provides coaching to develop the team and manage performance.
• Business Operations: analyzes situations, identifies issues, develops solutions, communicates weekly sales goals, creates cake production and team schedules, and handles payroll, sales, labor, inventory reporting, and basic accounting procedures.

• Business Operations
  • Possesses strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to accurately assess situations and identify issues, develop possible solutions and take the appropriate courses of action.
  • Creates and communicates weekly sales productivity goals, cake production plan, and team schedule, and adjusts bakery coverage based on changing business trends.
  • Performs administrative functions, including payroll processing, sales, labor and product inventory reporting, and basic accounting procedures.

Work Availability:
