Andreoni Recruiting Consultants seeks a Bakery Manager in Utah to lead daily bakery operations, supervise staff, uphold food safety, and boost pastry-driven sales.

You will hire, train, schedule, monitor costs, ensure product freshness, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a bakery or food-service setting.
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, coach, and manage store team members to maintain performance.
• Assist with labor scheduling and workforce planning to meet operational needs.
• Monitor payroll, labor costs, and store productivity metrics.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health compliance standards.
• Open and close store operations, including cash handling and deposits.
• Oversee inventory, sales reports, and employee performance to optimize pastry profits.
• Ensure bakery items are fresh and presented to delight customers.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction through team leadership and service quality.
• Provide guidance and resolve scheduling or training issues as they arise.
• Maintain a positive, fast-paced shop environment that motivates the crew.

We are looking for talented slinging superheroes (AKA Bakery Managers) responsible for orchestrating a symphony of sweetness to delight our customers and maximize our pastry-driven profits. From hiring and training our manager devotees to ensuring each sugary treat meets our lofty standards, they’re the captains of our confectionary crew.

Responsibilities for Bakery Manager:

• Assist with hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management of store team members
• Support labor scheduling and workforce planning to meet operational needs

• Provide guidance and support to our donut dream team, handling scheduling, training, and any sticky situations that arise.

Qualifications for Bakery Manager:
