Store Management Team

85°C Bakery Cafe is hiring for Store Management Team Members to lead all aspects of operation, including customer service, cost management, and training functions.

Responsibilities

• Take essential responsibility for the business performance of their respective stores
• Ensure sales profitability through service excellence and lean operation
• Prepare periodic reports, including sales control and employee scheduling
• Organize and supervise employee shifts
• Participate in management and personnel meetings
• Check stock levels and order supplies and materials
• Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety
• Perform additional duties at store when circumstances dictate

Store associates will be expected to cross train in each department including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor degree preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years progressive experience in fast food or related food operations at a leadership level
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines to meet changing demands
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
• Good attendance and available to work overtime when needed
• Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
• Adapt and demonstrate thorough understanding of the 85°C concept
• Available to work on weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements

This position requires moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, reaching overhead, and exposure to unusual elements including extreme temperatures of coolers and freezers.
