Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Take essential responsibility for the business performance of the store.
• Ensure all employees take breaks on time.
• Organize and supervise employee shifts.
• Participate in management and personnel meetings.
• Check stock levels and maintain supplies.
• Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety.
• Perform additional duties at the store when circumstances dictate.
• Store associates cross‑train in each department: Bread, Cake, POS, Bar.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years progressive experience in fast food or other related food operations at a leadership level.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines to meet new or changing demands.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
• Good attendance and availability to work overtime when needed.
• Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts.
• Adapt and demonstrate a thorough understanding of the 85°C concept.
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays.

Physical Demands

This position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. The role involves nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead. Employees may be exposed to extremes of temperature in coolers and freezers.
