85°C Bakery Cafe is recruiting for the Store Management Team. Store Management serves a broad range of functions, including but not limited to leading all aspects of operation such as customer service, cost management, and training functions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take essential responsibility for the business performance of the store.
• Ensure sales profitability through service excellence and lean operation.
• Prepare periodic reports, including sales control and employee scheduling.
• Organize and supervise employee shifts.
• Participate in management and personnel meetings.
• Check stock levels and order supplies and materials.
• Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety.
• Perform additional duties at the store as circumstances dictate.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate/Bachelor degree preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years progressive experience in fast food or related food operations at a leadership level.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
• Good attendance and availability to work overtime when needed.
• Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts.
• Adapt and demonstrate thorough understanding of the 85°C concept.
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This position requires moderate physical activity, sufficient strength for lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, and use of heavy machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks. The role also involves nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead. Employees may be exposed to unusual elements, including extreme temperatures of coolers and blast freezers.
