Job summary

Izzio Artisan Bakery is America’s #1 Sourdough Artisan Bakery, focused on traditional methods and the best ingredients. This role supports daily production equipment maintenance and helps develop a preventative maintenance program under the Plant Engineering leadership.

The Maintenance Supervisor mentors technicians, coordinates PMs, and ensures safety compliance with EPA/OSHA while collaborating with manufacturing leadership to prioritize tasks and improve asset reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in equipment maintenance as a lead or supervisor.
• 3+ years of food manufacturing experience is required.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Demonstrated knowledge of controls, operation, design and repair of production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Mentor Maintenance Technicians and participate in interviews as needed.
• Review and approve plans before work on special projects.
• Troubleshoot complex industrial systems.
• Advise if repairs and projects meet building rules and regulations.
• Ensure reliability and performance of all production equipment.
