Job summary

International Delights, LLC in Clifton, NJ is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to lead planning, scheduling, inventory control, and preventive maintenance within our food manufacturing facility. You will optimize reliability, minimize downtime, and ensure work orders and parts are properly coordinated.

Candidates should have strong CMMS experience (Maintenance Connection, SAP PM, Maximo), 5+ years in maintenance roles, and background in bakery or food production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in maintenance planning or industrial maintenance.
• Experience in food manufacturing or bakery preferred.
• Proficient with CMMS and maintenance programs.
• Strong Excel and Office skills.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Manage the CMMS system, including work orders, equipment history, and maintenance records.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability.
• Coordinate maintenance priorities with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams.
• Manage maintenance inventory, spare parts, and storeroom operations, ensuring critical parts are available.
• Purchase maintenance parts and services while tracking purchase orders and vendor performance.
• Analyze maintenance KPIs, downtime, and equipment performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate equipment inspections and ensure compliance with safety and food manufacturing standards.
• Support reliability improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, and equipment optimization.
• Ensure technician compliance with assigned PM’s and communicate any non-conformance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
