• Manage maintenance inventory, purchasing activities, and parts availability to support maintenance execution.
• Collaborate on capital projects, equipment procurement, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance.

About the Role

We are seeking an Analyst, Bakery - Maintenance Planner - 1st Shift to join our team at our Cayce, SC bakery. As an Analyst, Bakery - Maintenance Planner - 1st Shift, you will be accountable for coordinating preventive and predictive maintenance planning activities that support equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and maintenance effectiveness. This role is vital to ensuring maintenance resources, materials, and work activities are effectively planned and executed to minimize downtime and support bakery operations.

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: 1st Shift
• Hours: 6am-2:30pm
• Weekend availability: As required by business needs

Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)

• Coordinate maintenance planning and scheduling activities to maximize equipment reliability and operational performance.
• Prioritize and manage maintenance work orders, labor requirements, backlog activities, and material needs.

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Working knowledge of CMMS systems and SAP for maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and maintenance scheduling processes.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, GMPs, HACCP, OSHA requirements, and food safety practices.
• Bilingual Spanish language skills and experience coaching or developing maintenance teams.
