Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Machine Operator for our 2nd shift. You will be part of a production team focused on safely operating high-powered machinery, packaging products, and maintaining quality standards in a warm bakery environment.

The role requires reliability for night, weekend, and holiday work and the ability to stand for long periods. Experience in food manufacturing is a plus, with opportunities for competitive benefits and growth within the company.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• 1–3 years of prior manufacturing experience; food manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry pans, ingredient containers, etc.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Able to work nights, weekends & holidays.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee production equipment safely and consistently to produce high-quality baked goods.
• Package products and move/stack materials used in production.
• Inspect products and reject those not meeting specifications; monitor issues to minimize waste.
• Complete required training, audits, and Company programs.
