Responsibilities

• Set up bakery equipment and manufacturing line, prioritizing production according to guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with production and packaging procedures and inspect line for issues.
• Report equipment issues to supervision promptly.
• Complete daily production reports and monitor runs.
• Visually inspect product for quality and quantity.
• Monitor runs and perform basic troubleshooting on bakery equipment.
• Support quality control for food safety and quality standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and lock out/tag out when applicable.
• Maintain GMP and food safety and sanitation.
• May perform additional duties as needed.
