• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure products are decorated beautifully and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Teach, Guide & Support: Reinforce Festival culture, guest service, and performance expectations to all Cake Decorators.
• Training & Development: Train new Cake Decorators and provide ongoing guidance and support.
• Scheduling & Reviews: Prepare weekly work schedules for Cake Decorators, write and conduct performance reviews, and address policy violations with corrective actions.
• Guest Service: Provide excellent service to all guests by assisting with finding items, taking special orders, and packaging and pricing items from the service case.
• Operational Excellence: Monitor sales floor and back stock conditions, coordinate with the Bakery Manager and team to maintain standards and goals.
• Product Handling: Assist Decorators with topping, finishing, decorating, and inventory of supplies.
