LS Solutions in Michigan is seeking a hands-on Retail Store Lead to oversee daily operations, training, staffing, and adherence to company standards to meet performance targets. You will lead a team, manage inventory, and drive customer-focused initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

As a supervisor, you will ensure product freshness, quality, and safety, support scheduling, and collaborate with management to meet store goals and standards.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership ability with hands-on management skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations and management systems; suggestive selling experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; bilingual skills (Spanish) desirable.

Role Overview:

Lead daily retail store operations, ensuring team training, staffing, and adherence to company standards to meet operational goals and key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory ordering, maintenance, and control to ensure product freshness and quality.
• Validate received orders for accuracy, condition, and proper storage.
• Supervise team tasks including stocking, production, and quality assurance, ensuring proper product rotation and handling of spoiled items.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay informed on store promotions and sales features.
• Implement and communicate weekly plans, schedules, and safety protocols.
• Support staffing, training, performance management, and development of associates.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance within the department.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to department and company goals.
• Assist with food safety, guest experience, and safety guidelines adherence.
• Perform additional tasks as needed based on customer service requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
