This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a creative bakery environment and contributing to student learning by ensuring labs are well-prepared, safe, and fully equipped for daily instruction.Working closely with faculty, the Lab Coordinator supports course delivery by overseeing inventory and procurement of supplies, maintaining tools and equipment, and helping uphold safety standards across the lab. In addition, this position operates our retail bakery storefront. This position is an important part of the student experience, helping create a structured and well-run environment where students can focus on developing real-world technical skills.**Position Details:****Limited Term:** This position is a Limited-Term position through **May 31, 2027**.**Expected Progression:** This position includes an expected progression plan. Upon meeting departmental criteria, you will be eligible to receive a $1.00 per hour increase.**Schedule:** This is a 25-hour-per-week, 38-week-per-year position that works during the academic year. Bakery hours typically begin at 7:00 a.m., Monday through Thursday.
