Responsibilities

• Prepare, fry, glaze, and finish all do-nuts and kolaches to Shipley’s standards.
• Ensure every product meets appearance, temperature, and taste guidelines.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
• Follow prep lists and maintain stock of fresh ingredients.
• Adhere to food handling, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Keep kitchen areas clean, organized, and ready for service.
• Monitor waste and work efficiently to minimize it.
• Communicate with FOH team to ensure smooth service and product availability.
• Take ownership of your station — and pride in your work
• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist in keeping fresh items stocked and discard old items
• Inform management of operational issues
• Other duties as assigned by team lead/GM
