Job summary

Perkins Restaurant & Bakery is seeking a kitchen team member to prepare menu items according to company policies and standards. You’ll help maintain food costs and keep the kitchen clean while supporting the Kitchen Manager and staff to maximize guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include cooking, stocking, ensuring proper portioning, following food safety procedures, and assisting front of house with cleanliness and guest service. Training is provided and no prior experience is required.

Qualifications

• Basic sanitation, safety and customer service can be taught in house.
• Experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares Cooking Items
• Reports to work well-groomed in clean uniform and maintains personal hygiene.
• Uses, maintains and cleans kitchen equipment and prep areas.
• Stocks and rotates products to meet shelf life standards.
• Ensures correct portioning and adherence to recipes.
• Follows food safety and sanitation procedures.
