Qualifications

• Dishwashing or professional kitchen experience preferred.
• Interest in baking and desire to develop in a production bakery environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to consistent product quality.
• Flexibility to fulfill multiple shifts.
• Valid driver’s license and comfortable driving a small delivery van.
• Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically able to stand long periods of time and lift 50 lbs.
• Dependable, flexible and team-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Support daily production accurately and efficiently, according to direction from kitchen leadership.
• Perform ongoing dishwashing duties to support daily production.
• Complete assigned work within expected timeframes and communicate proactively when additional support is needed.
• Uphold a clean, organized, sanitary, and functional workspace throughout the shift.
• Contribute to daily cleaning tasks once assigned work is complete.
• Participate in the execution of daily, weekly and monthly tasks to support a clean, efficient, and functional kitchen.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, labeling, storage, and workplace safety procedures.
• Contribute to a productive and collaborative work environment.
