The role emphasizes strong HRIS skills (Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors), ATS experience (Lever, iCIMS, Workday), and the ability to drive training, performance management, and staffing strategies in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR management within manufacturing/bakery preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, FMLA, and HR compliance.
• Proven ATS experience (Lever, iCIMS, Workday).
• Proficient in Excel and HRIS such as Kronos or UltiPro for payroll/timekeeping.
• Excellent communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition efforts and coordinate onboarding.
• Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
• Administer benefits programs including health and retirement plans.
• Ensure legal compliance through audits and policy implementation.
• Support performance management and training initiatives.
• Oversee HRIS data entry and reporting for workforce analytics.
• Coordinate organization design and staffing strategy projects.
