Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide polite, friendly greetings and interactions with guests.
• Prepare products for sale (baking, weighing, pricing).
• Maintain product level, quality and freshness.
• Perform cake decorating clerk function when requested.
• Maintain sanitation in cooler, freezer, prep and sales areas.
• Communicate guest requests to management.
• Handle temperature breakdown communications with supervisor.
• Keep supply area neat and tidy at all times.
• Perform front-end duties to ensure no noticeable wait.
• Announce specials and sale info on the PA system.
• Assist in product receiving and storage.
