Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Joy Creator – Guest Service Team Member to warmly greet guests, assist with in-store and phone orders, and help guests choose cakes for celebrations at our bakery.

You’ll learn our cakes, follow service steps, process orders at the POS, stock displays, and contribute to a fun, upbeat team while working flexible shifts. Applicants 16+ welcome; no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• No formal education or previous work experience required.
• Previous guest service experience in a Bakery, restaurant, or retail is a plus—but we’ll teach the right person.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle U.S. currency.
• Able to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-ins and phone guests with warmth and a helpful attitude.
• Follow Sweet Steps of Service for an exceptional guest experience.
• Learn cakes, flavors, sizes, pricing, promotions, and merchandise to assist guests.
• Recommend celebration extras and process orders using the POS system.
• Invite guests to join the Loyalty Program and stay connected with promotions.
• Keep the bakery clean, stocked, and display-ready; replenish merchandise.
• Assist with cake decorations and packaging; follow safety and company policies.
• Arrive on time and support teammates to create a great bakery experience.
