Crumbl Cookies is hiring a General Manager to oversee a bakery location and lead a team of 15–35 in a fast-paced environment. You will manage staffing, production, inventory, scheduling, and customer service to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include controlling labor costs, achieving financial targets, and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales while upholding food safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of management experience in food & beverage or bakery.
• Proven ability to hire, train, and develop talent.
• Strong financial management and cost-control skills.
• Hands-on leadership with excellent communication and organization.
• ServeSafe Ohio Manager Level II certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, inventory, scheduling, and front-of-house operations.
• Hire, train, and lead a service-driven team.
• Control labor costs, manage inventory, and meet financial targets.
• Ensure outstanding guest experiences and satisfaction metrics.
