• 3+ years of restaurant General Manager experience.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve).
• Background check required.
• Proven ability to drive positive results through strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead bakery-cafe team; plan staffing, scheduling, development, and succession.
• Hire, onboard, train, and motivate the team.
• Manage performance to meet goals, standards, and guest service expectations.
• Develop managers on people processes and Panera’s guiding values.
• Ensure policies, procedures and regulations are followed.
