Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes - Durham/Chapel Hill is seeking a Bakery Associate to assist in frosting cakes and assembling displays in a fast-paced environment. You will follow NbC frosting recipes with precision, manage supplies, and help ensure product quality and guest satisfaction.

Flexible shifts including mornings, middays, weekends, and holidays are required; 25–30 hours weekly with pay based on experience. Prior bakery or food-service experience is a plus, and you must be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Can understand written and oral directions and apply recipes and procedures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with precision.
• Able to lift items up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced bakery environment.
• Meticulous about using exact measurements and timing.

Responsibilities

• Frosts cakes using NbC recipes with precision.
• Maintains frosting supplies and par levels.
• Ensures proper packaging, labeling and storage of frosted cakes.
• Cleans and sanitizes workstation and equipment as needed.
• Maintains attendance and punctuality.
