Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. in Park City, KS is seeking a friendly Bakery Team Member to support receiving and preparing product, stocking shelves, and assisting customers.

You will maintain clean displays, help with sampling, inventory checks, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards while delivering excellent service.

No prior retail experience required; willingness to learn and work a flexible schedule are valued.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensures a fresh and appealing display by keeping cases and shelves clean and well stocked by front-facing, checking codes, rotating and removing out-of-date products.
• Stocks and cleans shelves, bins, and display areas.
• Monitors and prevents spoilage and communicates waste to buyers, Team Leaders, and shift supervisor.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Assists with sampling program, keeping sample areas full, clean and appealing.
• Assists with periodic inventory checks.
• Provides excellent customer service, addresses needs of customers in a timely and effective manner and models suggestive selling techniques.
