Responsibilities

• Prepare bakery items per customer requests using proper equipment.
• Offer product samples to help customers discover new items.
• Inform customers of bakery specials and fresh product availability.
• Ensure correct portion sizes and maintain proper temperatures; monitor logs.
• Use all bakery equipment safely and maintain inventory and labeling.
• Monitor product quality and review sell-by dates to prevent shrink.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and safety procedures; report unsafe conditions.
• Report discrepancies in inventory or shipments to the department manager.
