Responsibilities

• Keeps bakery department stocked and appealing; greets customers and answers questions.
• Takes customer orders in person or by phone with a positive attitude.
• Sets up special-order tables and bakery displays; may write on cakes.
• Ensures merchandise is fresh, properly priced with correct signage, and disposed if unsaleable.
• May assist with production of breads and pastries following production logs/recipes.
• Maintains sanitation and health standards; follows cleaning schedules.
