Job summary

Responsibilities

• Keeps bakery department well stocked and appealing.
• Smiles and greets customers, offers product suggestions and answers questions.
• Sets up special-order tables and bakery displays as needed.
• Ensures items are fresh, properly priced, and labeled with signage.
• Assists with baking production and follows production logs/recipes.
• Maintains sanitation and health compliance in the department.
• Assists with receiving and stocking deliveries as trained.
• Participates in minimizing shrink and damages, reports shortages.
• Fits into cross-department support and PPE usage as required.
