You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, weld and fabricate as needed, and use diagnostic instruments. The role requires independent work, weekend shifts, and overtime as needed; probationary pay applies with a higher rate after 90 days and union status after probation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of bakery equipment maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in mechanical and electrical maintenance, including welding.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues independently.
• Familiarity with hand tools and diagnostic instruments.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift, weekends, and OT.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and reach; occasional climbing.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair on bakery equipment to keep machines running.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and identify root causes.
• Use hand tools, welding, and basic fabrication to complete tasks.
