Qualifications

• Capability to travel 75% of the time across North America and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site service and installation support for bakery equipment.
• Troubleshoot customer equipment breakdowns via phone.
• Create weekly activity and technical reports from customer site visits.
